We had a family trip with our big dog, each of us used an own way to reach it. The staff was perfect, explaining every step by phone, even which metro-station need to go to come the hotel. The furnishings are rich and new, room is big with climate-control, spacious balcony. Also was a nice small pull 24/7, own cold parking, huge gym and chic restaurant right in front of the hotel, just after car-bridge. No extra-charge for dog, fast way to leave the city.

I loved everything about my stay here. The location was unbeatable—so close to City Mall and Agmashenebeli Street. The hotel provided everything, down to small details like hygiene showers and coded locks for the rooms, which made it feel extra secure.
