Wow, this hotel really did exceed my expectation!..... It is a small hotel with all three rooms on the upper floor. I think the owner works on the ground floor.....The room was spotlessly clean.....Lighting was outstanding.....So was the shower.....The desk, chairs and fridge and kettle in room were very welcome.....There is wi-fi, contrary to the booking.com page saying there is not wi-fi. Nice restaurant and grocery store very close by and the heart of Ninotsmina - such as it is - is just down the road.....This is my first time staying at Hotel Elit. It can't be more than a couple of years old. Over the years I have stayed in five other hotels in Ninotsminda and this one is an excellent choice.

Basic rooms but fabulous location almost opposite the cave city. Kind and generous hosts who helped organize a swim in the nearby hot spring pool (definitely recommend!). Amazing homegrown and homemade meals provided on request - best homestay food and wine I have had all trip.

This is a very pleasant little city.
This is a very pleasant little city. I would stay much longer if circumstances permitted. Will certainly return to this outstanding place in the future. Historical ruins and beautiful mountainous terrain coupled by warm friendly people.
