A little bit of heaven in the middle of nowhere! The lodge was lovely. Really nicely set out with everything you could need as well as little extras like bathrobes, milk and juice in the fridge, a bottle of fizz, tea, coffee, Welsh cakes and snacks! The hot tub was wonderful after a long day's hiking, as was the log burner. There is no bathroom in the lodge but it is a very short walk to the toilet (there are two and two showers) and they were always spotlessly clean and smelling fresh! The hosts were super helpful, responding to messages really quickly and giving great advice and information on the surrounding area. You can order fresh pizzas and hot breakfast delivered to your door - we did both and they were delicious! All in all we had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back!

The location is lovely and easy to find. The property was lovely and clean when we arrived and warmed up very quickly ! The beds were comfy and the bungalow had everything we needed for a truly lovely stay. The garden is lovely and the river just outside the garden gate made our stay perfect - highly recommended!
