This is a well equipped home; it's a spacious house, the lounge is roomy with a large TV, books and games. The kitchen and dining area is large and well laid out. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided. Good quality towels were laid out on the beds in each of the four bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions. The en-suite bathroom and downstairs toilet were more than adequate.
The location of the property is good; walking distance to Yarm train station. The town centre is less than a 5 minute drive, with shopping, restaurants and bars.

Yarm is a lovely, historic town - a delight in it's own right, with many very good restaurants and welcoming pubs. The cobbled streets, viaduct and bridge over the tees have some nice walks too - very picturesque. Yarm is also very well located for the North York moors and the beautiful seaside towns of Saltburn and Whitby as well as Mount Grace Priory and Fountains Abbey.

Yarm is a charming town with a beautiful riverside to walk along and very interesting architecture - especially the viaduct. Local shops were varied and some great cafe's and restaurants. Great place to stay for a solo traveler. Other interesting places to visit are situated close by - suitable for lone travelers, couples and families. Local people very friendly and helpful.

We always like coming to Yarm as the High Street is so varied and interesting. It is situated like an oasis in a quite busy region that offers something for everyone. We visited the coast as well as stopping off at other towns & villages and we very much enjoyed the whole experience.

Room comfortable, but not spacious. Meals excellent.
Room comfortable, but not spacious. Meals excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.
Were not impressed that the full cost of the stay was taken from our account on the day of booking, even though it was some time ahead of our stay. It is the only time when booking any hotel on line that this has happened.

A delightful town that has obviously taken care to keep its character - there's a distinct absence of big name shops. Plenty of placed to eat, with a wide choice of styles. The main street is very wide and so we found parking to be easy; the space between the footpaths and the carriageway is sufficient for four lines of cars all the way along the long main street. The impressive railway viaduct which runs along the back of the buildings on one side of the town is worth a look, although we found it difficult to get far enough away to appreciate the full length. Even if you are not a railway or viaduct fan, it's difficult not to be impressed with the scale of the structure. As a variation to counting sheep to get to sleep, try calculating the number of bricks that are embedded in its arches!
Excellent communication with owner. Flat was very clean and John even asked what milk we would like on arrival. Together with tea, coffee, beer and wine what more could one ask. Just a 2 minute walk to Yarm town centre
Superb accommodation, spotlessly clean, well appointed, fantastic breakfast, secure parking and a great host. Nice and quiet but only a few minutes from Yarm with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Excellent value for my quick stay in Yarm. Great stop off during a cycling trip. It was very comfortable, clean accommodation with all the facilities I needed to recharge. Thanks
