Mulberry Cottage Farm, hotel in Wyboston

A recently renovated campground set in Wyboston, Mulberry Cottage Farm features a garden.

The cabin is great, comfortable, large and has everything you need. It's very well located and we visited Cambridge, Bedford, St Ives, Milton Keynes and nearby St Neots. Enjoyed watching the birds of prey, foxes and other wildlife in the neighbouring fields. Locally we visited some of the recommended places for food and drink. It was nice to return to the peaceful cabin and relax.

We had the disabled room and the shower room was disgusting that we didn’t want to use it. Room one had delivery’s at 6.40 so had kegs crashing around which woke me up.

We were supposed to be camping but the weather had turned before we could camp…. After a night in the car I looked for a budget hotel and found the Willows Training Centre…… To our surprise this hotel turned out to be far better than your Travel lodges!!….. Ok the room was a little small but it was sold as a small double, so we did expect it!! The room was clean, comfortable and exceeded expectations!….. perfectly good bathroom and shower - just could have done with more towels!! The room we were in was out the back and away from noise , so you could have the window open! Generally a nice location, would happily stay there another time …… kind regards Debbie&.s

The Woodlands self catering accommodation, a Bed-sitting room / Living room was larger than I expected from the photographs. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well equipped. The property was located in a quiet area of the garden, the patio overlooked a small woodland area. Very peaceful. i took some light slippers with me, which I used as the floor is tiled with two rugs. The Air Con/ Heater on the wall was efficient as the evening got cooler. An interesting property, with helpful owners. I avoided the A1 Black cat roundabout when ever possible. Took the country roads.

Unfortunately the hotel is out the way of any transport options other than a taxi, leaving with a taxi is ok but trying to get back isn’t, I was asked to wait 2hrs with one taxi firm. The Weeping Ash is a very nice pub (Wetherspoons) and the food is great

Ideal location to travel around but hotel very quiet and lacked any atmosphere. Food over priced and limited menu drinks expensive!! This is a typical events / conference hotel corporate wi having stayed in other nearby hotels I will be returning to them next time!
