Great location with a fabulous deck. The restaurant was super. Breakfast is included and it was amazing. Staff were very good. Room was a little warm as it was hot out and the fan was pretty weak but it was liveable.

Came to enjoy the Broads. Hired a 1927 wooden sailing boat one day and then a motor boat the next. Really enjoyed the whole feel of the place, definitely going back in time and Roys shopping village was wonderful, much better than online shopping and good value.

Wroxham is a great place to stay it central to the broads other places to visit are not to far away I managed to get all my Christmas shopping done and will return soon we had all meals in the king's head couldn't fault it
The pub and hotel was located right in the village centre, so a very convenient location for the cafes, restaurants, boat trips/hire and of course Roy’s. Plus only a short 5 minute walk to the station and Bure Valley Railway. The staff were friendly and my room (A small double) was very cosy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and you could reserve a table for the evening if you wished to have dinner at the pub.
Location Ideal for visiting friends and family..Short walk to Wroxham centre .and the river . The cottage was spacious and clean with a lounge view over the adjacent Marina . The rest of The Norfolk Broads and North Norfolk Coast are a short drive away .
Excellent central location in Wroxham and well-equipped house with nice furniture and very comfortable settees and beds. The weather was not good enough to sit outside, but nice to have a back door and small terrace which gives access to the river.
The location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the centre of Wroxham.
The garden is lovely with direct access onto the water.
The property is spacious and well equipped.
