Food was great . Good breakfast . Staff were great , accommodation room was not worth £100 for one night it was worn and dated and room was opposite the cleaning cupboard . Wrexham is not London and a little run down in general . So expected more from a hotel that was not very central .

Very nice and lovely place. A little bit tricky to found the location, but the owner sent the pictures which makes it easier to found. The bed is comfortable, shower, toilet and all what you need for peaceful stay, no phone signal, just nature and good company, feels like out of the world and technologies

Fantastic property and amazing host!! Zoe was so approachable and encouraged me to call no matter how big or small the question. I was so thrilled to be able to bring my little dog. Be aware the nearby scarecrow/gas gun goes off at 20 minute intervals during daylight hours which made my dog jump each time, if your dog is a townie it might take some acclimatization depending how much you'll be around during the day.
Thanks Zoe for a brilliant and such a comfortable stay!!

Family are in Wrexham otherwise I’d probably go to Chester instead , but it has a-renewed confidence of late . Things seem to be improving , we eat at the restaurant at the Cambrian college ,which is well staffed by students and went to X in the town and both can be highly recommended

I was very disappointed with Wrexham.
I was very disappointed with Wrexham. Many empty shops and most car parks payable by app only. I visited St Mary's Cathedral and had a warm welcome from staff there. This was the high point of a disappointing visit. Unlikely to visit again

We were visiting family who live close to Wrexham, we did not visit around the town as we have done that on previous visits. We have tried a number of reasonably priced accommodations in the Wrexham are, but on both occasions have had disturbed stays due to noisy local residents. If you are visiting Wrexham and not partaking in the extremely loud night life or venues then you will need to avoid the town area and move out beyond the town boundary in order to find a quieter accommodation.

Town Centre was fun to explore, especially on market days.
Town Centre was fun to explore, especially on market days. The city has a variety of grocery & other retail stores, as well as many restaurants & entertainment options. It offers access via roadways to other parts of North Wales and Cheshire & Shropshire in England.
This is our 3rd visit. Staff are wonderful, food is delicious and plentiful, well stocked bar, great location near to country parks. The is a great area to walk dogs directly behind the hotel. We are made to feel like valued customers and we feel at home here. The staff and managers are clearly dog lovers hence the fact that not only was our puppy welcomed but she was made a fuss of by everyone.
Very comfy mattress/nice quality clean bed linen. Spacious room, good heating control via thermostatic valve. Nice towels. Staff were helpful. Unable to comment on restaurant as we didn't use it but it seems to be a nicely styled, large area. 2 disabled parking spaces by the door into hotel area.
Good comfy bed, friendly staff, great bar area and nice breakfast. Plenty of parking. Tasty dinner. Comfy bed. Traditional Brit town centre Inn. I'll stay again.
