Everything, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful, very different to normal hotels. The location is excellent, loads of good restaurants and bars near so you can walk rather than use transport. The photo booth just added that bit of fun, too.

Location was absolutely perfect. Everything was on the door step from clothing shops and numerous restaurants around . We just parked and walked to all shops . The staff were amazing and smiling all the time. This hotel was perfect for my partner who was wowed by the stadium attached to it.

Location was fine, quiet and safe. When there was enough of it, breakfast was good. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the response of staff to my complaint of smoking in the rooms, could smell it on the first evening and next morning - I complained at the reception and didn’t smell it again, except walking through it when entering the hotel.

Lovely stay, booked this hotel as a weekend away for me and my partner for his birthday. They upgraded us for his birthday and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is lovely, smart rooms, very modern and breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again.
