We were blown away by this renovated victorian property. The two bedrooms comfortably fit super king beds. Two shower rooms with double showers was added luxury. The water pressure made for a wonderful refreshing shower.
The kitchen and dining area make for a fantastic communal area, perfectly laid out with all the necessary equipment.
Sue & Justin were wonderful friendly hosts.
I cant recommend this place highly enough. We would definitely stay again

Very good amenities, especially for the price of the room. Having access to free hot drinks throughout the stay was a nice touch too. Rooms were ideal in terms of size and beds/pillows were very comfortable.

We had two bedroom suite which was perfect for us 3 ladies.
Bath/shower was excellent for my 85 year old mum to get in and out and two sinks and lots of towels.
Air con was great too

Breakfast food was good although the area was pretty chaotic due to minimal staff, many guests, noisy children, food running out and tables not cleared because of inadequate waiting staff. They were trying their best, but too many people for 3 staff to deal with.

Accommodation is fantastic, clean and well maintained. Rooms are very homely and cater perfectly for that 'i want more than a hotel room' feeling. Very good communication and EXCELLENT directions to the property.
