breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. really liked the residents lounge (accessible only with key fob) - a quiet retreat as the bar area can get very busy (and loud!) at peak times. despite temperatures of -6C during our stay, the room was warm and cosy.

A really lovely hotel ideally located just outside Stratford upon Avon. Beautiful old historic main building. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean bedrooms. Food was amazing in the Stuart restaurant, absolutely excellent. Nice pool and spa too. Would recommend this hotel and would happily visit again.
