Welcoming and helpful reception. Very straightforward and short walk from Crewe railway station. Good faculties in my room, bed comfortable. bathroom/shower very good. organisation and service at breakfast very good.

I liked the old outside and entrance space. Didn’t have breakfast, room as I expected old furniture, bathroom needs updating shower was difficult to use.
