Well kept property close to pubs and nightlife. Everything was in good repair in the rooms and staff were very nice and helpful. Having the option to (optional $) eat breakfast in the morning before heading out was great as there were 9 of us travelling together. 25 min walk to train station about 10 walk to bus station.

There is a bus station right outside of the hotel, so its really easy to get to and from the city centre, and if you're going to the Download festival the Skylink bus is stopping in that station all day and night so its a perfect location to stay in during the festival

Rooms were super clean and fresh.
Temperature in room was perfect.
Food at restaurant was fresh and very tasty.
Staff at all times of day/night were always welcoming.
General Manager made me feel at home and helped with a laundry issue. Amazing all around.

A beautiful building in a beautiful location. We were served cream tea on arrival which included the most delicious scones we have ever tasted.
Dinner was fabulously cooked and presented and we were served by two very friendly, polite and helpful waitresses who actually seemed happy to be there.
Breakfast was the same, obviously good quality food and very well cooked and presented. An altogether wonderful relaxing experience and we definitely hope to visit again.

Rooms are a really good size with very comfortable beds. Really comfortable stay, slept well and would recommend. Stayed during the week and it was all very quiet. There are a handful of pubs nearby for food and drinks in the evening and it's literally 2 mins walk from WIllington station.
such a lovely place, only 10 minutes walk away from Willington station, where there’s a few cute little breakfast spots and pubs. accommodation was spacious, clean and comfy! Hazel was so helpful and accommodating!
