Booking.com should take it off their list. I have got bad asthma because the room smelt damp.
Blinds wouldn't shut.
The bathroom was freezing as windows wouldn't shut. The bathroom radiator didn't work. Thick dust on the bedside table on the bottom shelf. Very dangerous broken glass shades on wsll lights. Tea etc was just thrown on yhe table. No coffee. What would i avoid on my next trip? The hotel itself

The worst place I've ever stayed in.
Don't be fooled by the pics, this place is horrendous.
I was sandwiched between 2 asylum seekers - why not house them away from the paying guests?
No food, no drink and completely out the way.
Bloke at reception finished his personal call before he let me check in.

Wickford was a close location to where my final destination was going to be, convenient only mileage wise, but not it's location!! Wickford is a small little town, a few shops, take aways, not a holiday destination, for anyone who is after a holiday feel

The room hadn't been cleaned before I arrived, the tea and coffee had been used, the room stank, was dirty and smelly. I couldn't stay there it was that bad. I told the staff and they said/did nothing. I have sent the hotel several messages asking for a refund and they haven't even replied. This is a 1 star hotel...
