We stayed in the Mill Room East in the main building which is beautiful. All the old features of the mill have been preserved but incorporated in a truly contemporary, comfortable and stylish way. The staff were professional and friendly and the food was amazing with real attention to detail in both the presentation and the quality.

Friendly welcoming staff, clean well maintained rooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms, all the charm of a countryside inn as well as a delicious bowl of porridge. Loved the classic velvet accented wallpapers on the public areas.
