This was a hotel that was focussed on service. It had a certain charm of the old days and was themed on rail travel. The bones of Herne (Hurn) station were still visible and added a certain something to the ambience. Ample parking and a short distance from Bournemouth and Christchurch.

The owners book you in and that is the last you see of them, its nice if you like the relaxed approach. The tent was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay. The toilet facilities is another matter. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower for each the male and females. There were some that used the toilet to get ready for the day instead of their accommodation or shower room. This meant the 1 and only toilet could be out of action for over an hr at a time. This is not the place for anyone with a weak bladder.
