An old English pub with rooms above, right in the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful , and a really nice pub with a massive open fire on a cold evening, what’s not to like.

Breakfast was VERY GOOD ,one of the best meals in a morning we’ve had in a hotel lately.asked for poached eggs, no problem off the waitress went and out came the eggs.lovely well cooked breakfast.LOCATION couldn’t have been better .just where we wanted to be .The ROOM was NOISY the WATER Pipes in the evenings and morning were making a noise.We did Report this to the receptionist twice,and she ALREADY knew they did.but we were TOLD there was NO maintenance person on site ,BOTH evenings and days.said she would report it both days.We did mention it again when we check out …..all we got was a sorry.very sad rooms really need up grading.

A beautiful b&b with a lovely breakfast. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was in its own separate building so felt private. Bathroom was gorgeous, beds were comfy - overall perfect for our stay!
