The room was very comfortable, the beds and sofa especially.
The food and wines in the lounge and both restaurants (Nineteen and Fox Dining) were very good.
The gym was fantastic, featuring all new equipment and lots of different workout areas. I personally did not use the spa facilities, but my husband and daughter said the outdoor heated pool was great.
The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to queries.
