Property was amazing, exceeded our expectations, amazing views of the golf course to wake up to. Had a small issue with other guests complaining for no reason whatsoever had to be contacted by host but was quickly resolved after a brief chat.

Kev the host was extremely helpful and did us a big favour by allowing us to checkin earlier. Really comfy bed and good quality linens. Spotlessly clean and really easy checkin and checkout. Thanks Kev!
The hotel is superbly located, just off junction 23 of the M6 motorway, next to Haydock Park Racecourse, and serves as a gateway to the entire North West region.

We were there for a break. Comfy bed. Decent size room.

Rooms are good - receptionists are friendly - and thanks to Pepe, I got a good breakfast … the scrambled eggs were looking a bit the worse for wear, so he managed to get me a fresh poached egg on toast; he didn’t need to … thank you Pepe !

The high level of comfort in the hotel and everything looked new, pleasant decor and cosy seating areas, good lighting for putting on your make up girls. Big bathroom with huge mirror, walk in shower. Warm bedroom, comfy bed, wonderful varied breakfast professional staff, very helpful and approachable. Plenty of parking outside.
If I wanted to nit pic, the water could have been hotter 're shower also in breakfast area for cuppa tea re machine. But staff will bring you tea pot boiling water if you ask. The lane to the hotel is a bit daunting as its narrow and winding, bit tricky to find, could do with more signs, but I would highly recommend this hotel, it's well worth a vist. Loved it!

location was perfect for what I needed, as ai was visiting friends who live nearby.
I often prefer to stay at accommodations like this, rather than hotels and was very pleasant.
it was clean and comfortable.
unfortunately, I didn't stay for the full duration as planned, as I had other matters to attend to.
Cottage stunning, wanted to live there beautiful views overlooking the golf course, very private amazing facilities, gardens beautiful with outdoor log burner and barbecue. Can’t wait to stay again enjoyed every moment and staff are so friendly, hotel stone throw away. Highly recommend
Beautifully decorated, bright, clean spacious and airy. Very comfortable. Quiet location. Lovely garden with loungers and bbq area, right by golf course. Nearby hotel (with bar and restaurant).
