Albeit quite old all seems well kept and very clean
Albeit fully functional and great shower, Bathrooms def need a bit updating (I underline more for look than for functionality). Rooms usually quite cold at arrival albeit option to warm them up but bathroom still cold.
Very quiet that is great for a good night sleep albeit the mattresses are not the best but acceptably comfortable

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a bit tired but clean and functional. No breakfast on offer but 10% discount at Henley Kitchen down the road which was excellent.
