Comfortable inn right on the beach with great views. Breakfast was very good, staff friendly and helpful. Room was good and had everything needed, didn't really matter that it was small. There was live music, which was great.
When booking, it sounded as if this was in Tintagel. Actually it's in Trebarwith Sands, a 50-min walk over the cliffs or short car ride to Tintagel. However, I think it more interesting to be based there.
Located in Tintagel in the Cornwall region, with Merlin's Cave Beach and Bossiney Cove Beach nearby, Tintagel Arms Bed and Breakfast provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.
Great place to visit the cave. Steep hill to walk back up after visiting the beach/ castle. Not good for people with mobility issues unless you catch the jeep that takes you down and back.
You could walk to the church nearby and have a great view of the ruins from there.

Tintagel is an interesting village, with most things you will need. It has a choice of places to eat, including a vegan cafe. There are lots of places to park. If I were to go again, it would be out of the school holidays as there were crowds everywhere. There are lots of quieter places in the surrounding areas, so we had more than enough to do.

Our Canadian daughter loved her visit to the castle even though the weather was threatening rain.
We booked rooms for two nights, but following my wife's experience of seeing a ghost in the middle of the night we left after just one. No refund was offered.

Absolutely fantastic for those passionate about the matter of The Arthurian Mysteries. Saint Materiana's Church is on a Ley Node and is worth a visit for those with interests in this field. Also plenty of Dragon Energies in the area to explore and dowse if possible.Within easy reach is The Sacred Saint Piran's Well and Chapel-Church on the Pilgrim Path to the Beautiful and Serene St. Nectan's Glen.
The customer service was excellent. the bed in our room was very unstable the first day we came to stay, the staff instantly acknowledged the situation and placed us into a better room until the bed in our room was completely replaced. The breakfast was included in our visit and was really nice. The hotel is quite close to scenic places like the Merlin’s cave and Tintagel castle. Shops, bakeries, takeaway and fish & chips within a mile radius.
Room was big and very clean. Lovely, sparkly white towels. Bath sheet was huge! Beds comfortable. Fan provided in room. Lovely window seats overlooking the old post office. Huge bathroom. Shower was exceptionally clean. Toiletries and hairdryer provided. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room with instructions how to obtain top ups. Car park free and hotel ideally situated for Tintagel Castle. Good choice on menu
The location is fantastic for views of Tintagel, and the sea and lovely walks around the hotel itself. Lots of places to eat and drink within a short walk. The hotel is currently under renovation, the social areas that have been renovated are exceptional. Service from staff is second to none. The art around the hotel, from the local artist was an added bonus. Would recommend.
Great parking behind the hotel. The location is perfect for strolling along the few shops and also to walk to Tintagel Castle. The food was very good. We shared the fish platter for dinner and breakfast was awesome. Very accommodating to my gluten free friend. Very quiet in the evening. Nice, friendly staff.
the dogs were treated so nicely in the hotel and even a throw provided so they could sleep on the bed such a lovely thought! Breakfast was delicious in a very attractive conservatory with wide views of Tintagel castle, the entrance to which was practically next door
