The bed was so comfy - I wanted to take the pillows home. Bathroom was clean and well stocked - hot water tap a bit slow to come out but I just ran it for a few minutes. Best biscuit selection and plenty of tea and coffee.
Room was on the third floor there was no lift which I was okay with but some may not be. They’re also having some refurb on the third floor so am excited to go back when it’s done.

The hotel is useful on the outskirts of Norwich it enables good car access to the north Norfolk area. It is a pleasant hotel and it was quiet. It is a little dated with single pane windows I don’t think the green credentials are so great.
With a bar and lounge serving food and drink, the Holiday Inn Express Norwich is just less than 2 miles from Norwich International Airport.

The first room allocated to us smelled unfresh but the staff immediately rectified the situation and allocated a different room without any discussion - perfect service!
The room was spacious and everything worked.
The breakfast buffet was much better than anticipated including cooked options.

We stayed here as it was close to Great Yarmouth at a reasonable price. We drove into Norwich to go for food a few times and weren't disappointed. Great Yarmouth is about a 30minute drive which was great. Thorpe Saint Andrew was more of a stop rather than a place we wanted to visit.
