Beautiful property with very friendly and accommodating hosts. Perfect location for exploring the Scottish Borders. We used the B & B as a base for the Kielder Observatory.

Wish we had the time to stay longer! An amazing building, beautifully renovated and maintained in a great location. Our room was comfortable, larger than expected with our own dining table right by windows over looking the grounds. the ensuite bathroom was perfect. And to top it all off, we had an excellent breakfast served in our room. Warm, friendly service from Carol. We loved our stay x

There wasn’t much to like it was freezing cold all the time even with heating it was disappointing and discussing as in very poorly cleaned and the tv didn’t work when it did it was as crackly
