How clean and tidy and most definitely how friendly and helpful the staff are from the moment we arrived till the moment we left.
There are some great places to visit. If you like to shop then the Shopping Centre is ideal. If you want to go back in time to the Victorian Era, then Blists Hill Victorian Open Air Museum is the place to go.
Ironbridge is a beautiful place to visit where you can walk over the first structure, the iron bridge, in the world made from cast iron that was built in 1779. It's one of our favourite places to visit.

Lots of interesting places to visit and see for both grown ups and children. There is a lot of history around Telford and is definitely a place to go to even if you only do it once. The Coalport Museum was well worth a visit, and the Jackfield Tile Museum, Blists Hill Victorian Town is excellent and the Coalbrooke Iron Museum too. Lots of places to eat in Ironbridge. We actually ate out one night at the Shifnal Cottage which is an Indian Restaurant the food was excellent and not overpriced the staff were very helpful and attentive would definitely recommend it.

Booking told us that breakfast was all inclusive.
Booking told us that breakfast was all inclusive. This was only for adults. Children had to pay full adult price on site in order to have breakfast. Complained about it and they said it was their hotel policy. Complained to management and they said the same thing. This hidden charge - that I clearly was not responsible for - ruined the entire stay. Very unprofessional!

We lived in Shropshire previously and come back regularly to visit family and friends.
Telford is central for accessing other parts of Shropshire. Telford has a number of things to tk including visiting the historic Ironbridge and its numerous museums in the beautiful gorge and the Newtown has good facilities for the town park , cinemas etc

Telford is ok if you want restaurants & pubs.
Telford is ok if you want restaurants & pubs. We have a big shopping mall which is expanding all the time. Downside of Telford is almost all of the “green” areas, your parks & walks etc are slowly disappearing & it’s becoming very commercialised.

The staff are exceptional, sorting out any issues quickly and being engaging and accommodating. The included breakfast is very good, and it represents great value for money if you don't need to be in Telford centre. The internet connection is also very good - I was able to conduct an on-line session with 6 remote people with no issues, which is rare for free (or even paid) internet in even mainstream hotels.
Pool was great, bar good, beds if anything were too soft with a bad back but that's just me. Nice warm room. Given easy access room near lift as requested. Great nice staff.
Good wifi. Great for accessing Telford convention centre for comic con. Good price compared to hotel used last year. Liked the industrial look and displays. Lovely salmon dish for dinner.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff, Magda and Helen in particular, were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is only 5 mins walk from the International Telford Centre. Definitely would stay here again.
Lovely property. Modern but with some original features. Comfortable. Ideally situated for walks into Ironbridge, short drive to Telford.
