Lovely accommodation and great to have the hot tub to relax and unwind in. Great location to reach other local attractions and the coast was just a short drive away.
The host was fantastic and even provided a nice welcome box for us on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Can't understand why you have to have a pass to go to the pub it the arcade or just walk around the grounds.I can understand if you use the facilities like swimming golf etc but we just wanted a nice drink on the terrace but couldn't go in without a pass.what's the problem if you are paying for it you should not have to pay twice.

Very mixed review as I think it's a lovely place, some great entertainment, particularly love the heated lido and the choice of activities especially when the weather is good - which it was 😊
We had brilliant accommodation and hosts too.
The downside is some of the unpleasant staff and their ridiculous rules ie you can only smoke in the outdoor kids area not the outdoor adults area 🤔 work that one out! But a great time was had by all

The staff on site were very friendly but were not able to help us due to a private booking. It was ok as a base. We were unable to go to the restaurants as were not prepared to pay £200.00 for a pass (we were there for 1 night).
Information from Tattershall re location/directions to the park were very good. Direction to our caravan were very good (large park).

Great Site, very clean and tidy, good staff, very happy to help, Good entertainment for families, we enjoyed the outdoor pool, lots of activities to take part in, lots of different bars and food places to choose from. Bike hire, boat hire, jet ski hire all available, also several pools and inflatable activities, Restaurant, bar food and fish and chips all available, well stocked shop, plenty of seating, no long queues or waiting for food and drinks. We went in August and it was busy but the site copes very well with the crowds. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday. One negative thing is the RAF planes fly over the site several times a day and are very noisy, sometimes till 10.30 at night. They are a novelty at first but soon becomes annoying especially if you have young children asleep.

Great amount of activities going on - kids were kept entertained all weekend.
Not enough information on booking.com about having to purchase activity passes in addition to the accommodation and having to book activities up to 12 weeks in advance. Most activities were fully booked by the time we got our activity passes.

Tatteshall Lakes is a busy site that has seen significant investment in the main facilities over the past few years. Great for young families. Plenty to keep you entertained if you buy the Merlin passes. No access at any time to the bars or lakeside etc now without them which is a real shame.
During the week it can be noisy with the planes taking off from Coningsby. Great if you love seeing them.
Woodhall Spa nearby is well worth a visit.
