lovely setting, some beautiful villages and canal/river walk. free bus to the tram line. near airport. the room was very similar to most purpose built student lets (ie very satisfactory) although the mattress was disappointing. a small tea kettle was provided in room, or a faster boiling one in the kitchen. (with self catering facilities).
