Excellent breakfast both choice and quality. Location for our reason for visit was good. Communication with owners prior to visit was excellent, very approachable and accomodating. Cleanliness of property was faultless.

Moeed was a great host, a warm welcome, and communicated well. He even offered to help us carry our bags to the apartment and gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment was so clean and modern. The kitchen was so well equipped beyond our expectations. There were eggs,milk, and other kitchen essentials. All rooms had clean sheets and towels.
Good location, within town centre.
All in all, we would 💯 recommend it to anyone. We were a group of friends.

My wedding guests were very impressed with this little gem. Lovely stylish apartment with the added cereals, milk, etc. was a bonus!
Close to town, which was in walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and both church and wedding venue.
I rented two apartments from the host, which made it easier. Im glad Host was contactable directly from the time of booking as amendments were made with no extra charge.
My guests were late on arrival, but the host was very lovely and accommodating when he met them on arrival. Thank you.
Definitely recommend it again.

It's a nice hotel, with Stanwick lakes not far away. Staff were friendly, room was very comfortable, clean and had all you needed. The food in the restaurant was lovely. They just need to check their bar stock more regularly, light up the sign outside so you dont pass it and add a bell or buzzer to the reception desk.

We were made very welcome, great staff and the room was ready early as requested as we were attending an afternoon event. Room was well laid out and a good range of tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Good hairdryer and shower. Well lit courtyard. Stayed in the bar/restaurant in the evening and it was delightfully warm on a very cold windy night. Again very helpful staff and served great bar snacks.
Good choice for breakfast and easy check in/check out.

Could do with a more sleek look but overall very pleasant to stay here. The gardens were a delight, as were the staff and the breakfast. The character was charming. I would recommend this place to my friends to relax before visiting children.
The service was exceptional. We visited relatives and returned late on a Sunday evening. Raunds is a small village location and restaurants /hotel kitchen had all closed. We're diabetic and needed to eat. The night reception ordered a takaway on her mobile for us baught it to our room with a clollegue on trays with hot tea. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully seroundings lovely bathroom and such comfy beds tasteful decor more than satisfactory breakfast we will defiately return. 💕
The grounds of the hotel were lovely and we had a pleasant night cap sitting outside in a chilled atmosphere. It was great to have a room that could be accessed without stairs with a comfortable bed and ample sized bathroom. The breakfast was freshly cooked and great that it was served until 10 am.
The annexe was the perfect home from home. Everything we could have needed & more.
Right in the centre of Stanwick & close to the pub... perfect!
