One of the most picturesque towns that I have visited. It has so much charm with beautiful buildings, parks and the river. The most gorgeous shops on the high street with so many more up and down the little alleyways and roads. Really great choice of restaurants as well!

excellent well positioned hotel. The staff were particularly helpful in getting us a space in the car park. Lovely outdoor drinking & eating space & nice rooms. I liked the Bond memorabilia on the walls. The shower was really nice and easy to use. The breakfast was nice & enough to fill you up for the morning. On leaving the reception said we could leave our car till we had looked round Stamford, which is lovely.
Perfect place. Five minutes from train station, and the George Hotel with lovely Meadows. Two lovely double bedrooms with well fitted kitchen, and fab sitting room on third floor with great rooftop view of Stamford.
Superb location right in the centre of Stamford. Very clean and comfortable property. Quiet location and lovely views of across old cottages of Stamford from the back of the house.
