We loved the location, the view over the river for breakfast was amazing!
After a not so great start (below) we went for breakfast and the waitress Magda was absolutely amazing, so kind and friendly! My partner and son moved tables to the window to overlook the river better and Magda went out to feed the ducks/swans so my son could see them! She brought him over some biscuits and then took him out with some bread to feed the swans, he was over the moon and loved it! It really made our morning! It’s just such a shame we had such an awful start! It was a night away just the 3 of us for our sons birthday before a trip to Legoland and he loves staying in hotels!

Super nice host. The inside of the apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything needed for a week's stay. Unlike many apartments of this kind, it is cosy, has good lighting, modern bathroom and feels comfortable.

Couldn’t have asked for a more central location literally right across the street from Windsor Castle and amongst all the shops and restaurants.

Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. We went for a short walk around the hotel and everything looked clean and very serene.

Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames.
Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames. Staines Town shops are poor. Plenty of eateries everywhere. Interesting buildings if you look for them, but shopping is going downhill fast. I used to live here & notice the difference. If you love the river, you will like Staines-upon-Thames & you can walk a long way on the path.

It was a very old character building at the front right behind the Swan Hotel on the river by Staines Bridge so easy access to the town. The station is a 15 minute walk through the town. The rooms in the hotel are modern, well cleaned and have all you need for a relaxing stay.
Most of the rooms are located in new buildings at the back by the car park . Staff worked very hard to make sure everything was as it should be so it was a very relaxing stay!
The area the hotel is based is very central to the high St and shopping centre also the bus station is a 3 minute walk away.
The room is spacious and comfy for a couple, staying for a night or two.
The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet so a good nights was had. Great location as not far from Staines shopping centre and train station.
Lovely hotel and pub in great position on the river. Our room was comfortable and had a balcony with great views. Bar area and restaurant also good and comfortable
