Great location for beaches, close to everything by busses and quiet. Young lady working the front desk was very cheerful and happy to help us or answer our questions.
Breakfasts and dinners were very good. All the people working on the property and the restaurants were really friendly.

What a lovely Hotel situated smack in the centre of St Peter Port, in conjunction with the pickled pig pub it works amazingly well, Hotel reception staffed by very friendly and helpful staff! The Room we had on the 2nd floor was really comfortable & warm, with lovely bedding and towels, a safe, coffee and Tea facilities and a Fridge, Safe and Iron and Board. Also plenty of normal Hangers, and a Flat Screen TV. The Bar and Restaurant facilities are superb and that Section is being ran by Gerry who instantly made us very welcome, we did not eat there purely as we hade made arrangements to meet clients etc, but what came out of the Kitchen looked great. Will make a beeline to stay here again, it was also great value for money...

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and also warm, which was good because the weather outside was absolutely foul! (Remember storm Darragh?) Breakfast was very nice, though the pricing on the menu had me wondering how much breakfast was actually going cost, until the waiter enlightened me that I was on an inclusive deal so it was just one set price no matter what I had.

Staff were very helpful, very professional and looked after us exceptionally well. Special recommendations to the lovely staff in reception, on the housekeeping team and in the restaurant.
Hotel was tastefully decorated.
Food was absolutely delicious especially the included breakfast and meals in the restaurant.
Views were absolutely amazing from our hotel room and many windows from the hotel.
Excellent bus service on guernsey, bus stop outside hotel.
Lovely sea view from the bedroom and restaurant. The breakfast and evening meals were of a high quality, we very much enjoyed them. The swimming pool and lounge area was a lovely bonus!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We liked the decor of the hotel and you can sit inside or out with a glass of wine in hand watching the sun go down after a day's sightseeing :)
Unfortunately we were unwell during our stay but we were looked after superbly by the hotel staff who supplied room service and made sure we were comfortable. The food was lovely.
