It was clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Two clean cups and saucers and clean glasses. Powerful shower. Clean towels and also shampoo and shower gel.

Sloughs location around Windsor and Heathrow makes it perfect if you need to be in those areas. We planned on visiting Legoland and London but wanted to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Slough has everything you need for a short stay (shops, restaurants etc). Shopping malls here aren't great, but you can get to those in London fast and cheap with the tube.

We didn't see much of slough,hotel on the outskirts of the town.
I booked a room for myself and my son ,upon arrival to breakfast, the hotel staff informed me that only one breakfast was included in our stay which I found very strange they said it was an issue with booking.com not the hotels doing.
I had to pay extra for my sons breakfast every day and we were also charged extra to use the pool facilities which I found strange also.

I am writing to inform you that we will be vacating the property earlier than planned, within the next hour. Despite our previous communications regarding problems encountered during our stay, these issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, we are now facing a malfunctioning shower regulator, which has made it impossible for us to maintain basic hygiene. This series of unresolved problems has significantly impacted our experience and falls well below the standards expected.
This situation is unacceptable, and we are considering further actions to address our dissatisfaction. We will be returning the keys to the designated area as we leave. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, and I look forward to discussing a possible resolution.

The hotel was too noisy with the a Club that is attached to the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel, the music drones through the room. Why they would think that anyone would be happy to stay in one o those rooms is beyond me. Maybe some don't care. I was moved rooms at 00:15 to a quieter side of the hotel. But would have been nice to not have to have waited being told the music would stop by Midnight. Which the hotel, I should add, have no control over.

Restaurant was lovely, planned on getting a delivery, the menu changed our minds.
Would avoid spending one day next time and make it a few days.

A peaceful place with a central market that meets all the day to day requirements. If you want to spend a quiet vacation in a suberb then this is an option. Long walks, a park, not much of a crowd or traffic. Ideal place to sit and do a project or write a thesis. You can walk around the market anytime you feel bored. A few good pubs and food of all cuisines.
The address Slough I was guided to another ibis .I went all the way with my 2 big baggage dragging all the way from bustop 111 to the hotel n then I was told wrong hotel had to take a cab n go to this ibis .The buses too HD5 in and out of the hotel are not frequent n had to pay every trip which turned out very expensive. Very unsatisfied n also caused physical harm .
Very nice apartment. Spacious, bright and comfortable for our family of 5. Very close to the train and bus stations, with easy access to London, Windsor, Reading and Legoland. Close to the center of Slough. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I recommend staying.
For a tourist without a car, it is a bit further from a touristic location such as Windsor. However, you can get to Slough by bus or train, you can take a taxi from the station or a bus from Heathrow stops by the hotel.
Lovely hotel and lovely room with everything we needed. Area not the best but we wanted to go into Windsor which is one stop on a train and a 5 min walk to the station so that was ok, we would stay again.
I love our stay in the gatehouse room, it was spacious, clean and gave us the use of a private area away from other hotels guess, staff was amazing and welcoming.
