Boutique Bedrooms, hotel in Thornham

Located in Thornham, 1.3 km from West Sands Beach, Boutique Bedrooms provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace.

The suite exceeded our expectations as it was so well looked after and so clean. There were lovely touches from the owner who provided some very good toiletries, selection of coffees from the machine. It was in a very good location and was walking distance from a local deli that was very good for breakfast. The snug in the suite was great to sit and relax in. Jonathan the owner was around every day and was very welcoming.

Great location for Burnham Market, ( lots of unusual shops/ art galleries/antiques/The Hoste pub/ restaurant. ) Heacham, ( Lavender gardens/shop/cafe) and Hunstanton, ( wonderful beach/Sea Life Centre/ shops/pubs). Dersingham Bog Nature Reserve (beautiful place!), Great Bircham Windmill ( not open Oct to April .. opens Easter ), also Bayfield Sculpture Trail worth a visit .. open Sept/Oct . Pub 2 minutes walk from cottage. No review as we didn’t try it out ! Good parking off road .. for one car. Safe enclosed small garden. Cottage alongside a road but not too noisy. Cosy cottage.

A small village, nothing really there except houses and the pub. Nevertheless quiet and a good base from which to visit the north coast of Norfolk. There are beaches and plenty of open countryside close by.

The main road is not the place to linger but down the side roads and particularly the very pretty church, it is a pleasant place to toddle around. I deliberately went there to be near the North coast and so the village itself was not the target, to be fair. And, I was only there one night and one morning so that's not a lot on which to base the review.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere in the bar. Check in was quick and member of staff carried our case to our room. Beautiful room very spacious with a very large comfy bed. Lovely toiletries in the spacious bathroom very nice. Perfectly cooked breakfast we sat with views of the garden. Very relaxing stay. We have booked to come back for our anniversary. Found bathroom very hot but just a minor detail.
