Plenty to do.
Plenty to do. Lots of shops, eateries, two beaches, nice park. Can be bit run down in places, but family friendly and busy all year round, the facilities stay open. It's hilly, but there are two cliff lifts

Scarborough is a lovely seaside resort with everything you need. You can relax on the beach or a bench, go for lovely walks and look in the local shops, travel on the buses from the south to north beaches and vice versa, go for food and drinks in the pubs, cafes or restaurants or play in the arcades. We had lunch in ASK which was amazing and fish and chips from Winking Willy's. There are so many ways to have the most enjoyable time and make memories.

As our son lives in scarborough and cannot accomodate us we use hotels. We have been visiting for 19yrs so we do not do the usual tourist adventures. There is a lot for tourists and lots of good eating places. The beaches in the summer are good and plenty of usual seaside attractions. The road system is good but you need to stick to the speed limits. Plenty of parking and lots of history to visit around.

Excellent breakfast, with friendly, helpful staff in the dining room.

Hotel is clean and tidy, room was a good size. Staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ideal location for a stay in Scarborough . Friendly bar . Drinks are relatively cheap compared to what is expected of hotels....cheaper than pub prices.
Very friendly hotel with some of the best views in Scarborough. The room was warm and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great to have the opportunity for parking as well.
