The property if you’re staying in the West side of the island is the perfect location, cozy and the food is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and relatively spacious.

Quick & easy check in on arrival & staff were so pleasant giving us a run down on all the hotel facilities, meal times, pool, sauna etc. They were also helpful with local info regarding buses etc. (No.1 or 1A bus right outside the hotel straight into town in 5mins) Food was fantastic!....Breakfast cooked to order Mon-Fri or buffet style on the weekend. Thickest tastiest bacon & perfect fried/poached eggs! Also proper chunky Cumberland sausages with mushrooms grilled tomatoes etc. on offer & delivered to table piping hot. Lovely continental breakfast options too, toast, cereals, fruit, about 6 different REAL fruit juices, lovely coffee & Tetley tea too. And the breakfast area was immaculately clean at all times. Lovely bar area serving extensive choice of steaks, Mexican, Italian, Indian meals. I can highly recommend the baby back ribs, the fillet steak ciabata & the chicken burrito! And they don't skimp on the portions. Again the staff were excellent. The pool area was perfectly clean, the water lovely and warm & the jacuzzi even warmer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in there & my daughter loved the volley ball net & basket ball....Great addition to make it fun for the kids. Thank you to everyone at Hotel De Normandie!

Breakfast was good

The property was near the centre of St. Helier. It was convenient to walk there. The staff and owner were very pleasant at reception, in the bar and in the breakfast room. The breakfast was plentiful, the food was of good quality and it was served very efficiently. The hotel was scrupulously clean throughout. I stayed

Excellent location. A wonderful relaxed ambience. Great food. Staff outstanding. Rooms have been renovated to a high standard. The hotel is right on the beach with amazing views.
