The apartment is central Royston, very convenient location with parking close by. The layout of the apartment is lovely with the current furniture and has the convenience of a lift to get to the apartment. Fully decked out kitchen, washer-dryer, fridge which the host had stocked with milk for our visit.

The photo made the room look more spacious than it actually was, there were too many things in such a small room, and items added since the photo was taken that made the room uncomfortable to use. Noting 8m in the offering did not translate as the photo.
The host is lovely and really would do well to buy a bigger place and transfer her skills there.
Royston itself is a sweet little town with everything within 5 minutes

Nobody at the Coach House when we arrived, waited 30 minutes for some one to be there. The room was not in the main building, it was clean but more like a motel in the middle of nowhere. They were not very friendly gave us the key to the room and that was it. We decided not to stay and booked a room at The Old Bull Inn in Royston. Royston was very good with a nice Park some good pubs and shops too. Our stay at the Old Bull Inn was perfect but tight for parking

We didn't actually visit the town of Royston and the Coach House Hotel is a bit off the beaten track but ideal for the Duxford Imperial War Museum and not too far from Audley End House, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel and the beautiful city of Cambridge is not too far away and a must see.

It looked a very pleasant place to visit with a nice park to wonder around in. The visit was for work so was too short to look around further.
Will probably go back and visit as part of a holiday in the future.

The staff were very welcoming when we arrived and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room itself was really spacious, with coffee and tea making facilities and complimentary water. The whole hotel was very clean with a good ambience and the bed was very comfortable which was great so we got a very good nights sleep after coming back late from a music gig at Audley End! The staff were all very pleasant and friendly.
the hotel has a bar and restaurant at the property which was a lovely evening spent having a couple of drinks sitting it their lovely courtyard and there was so much sitting around so you could have some privacy as well as sitting outside
spacious accommodation and well kitted out apartments. a bit short on large mugs and a teapot would have been nice.
lovely breakfast in the main hotel building and very good helpful staff
Beautiful, newly renovated property with spacious rooms and thoughtful host. Extremely clean and comfortable, hotel quality bedding and towels too. Exceeded all of our expectations.
