We could use the spa before and after check in, Room was huge very clean.
Hotel is a little out the way of central Chester but only 7/8 min car journey,

Very very friendly staff very helpful. Pillows uncomfortable, Some information shared was not correct. A little pricey on drinks. Breakfast was chaotic despite booking and came out cold :(. Overall it was good but some room for small improvements :). The booking also said there would be ropes and slippers and there wasn't any
