Amazing property, very cozy and clean, everything newly furnished and kept to the highest of standards. Astonishing views of the sea, particularly from the top-level bedroom. The kitchen has everything one might need, there is an amazing dining space, and a separate lounge room with a super comfy sofa that can easily accommodate 12 people. The hosts are also lovely and very helpful.

We really like the space and especially the hosts. At first, I was a little anxious as I didn't realise we would be staying in their home. However, within a few minutes of meeting the host Kam, my anxiety subsided as he made us feel very welcome and the space still allows for privacy.
There were facilities for us to make hot drinks, a spacious bed and space to hang clothes. I would definitely recommend this for couples visiting Brighton for a relaxed break.

Check the details carefully , Boutique studio it's not, actually a converted garage, Before arriving we called to say we would be arriving shortly and were firmly told to check our messages on. Booking .com, she then told us the TV was broken and we wouldn't have use during our stay.
When we arrived we went to the keycupboard but couldn't see the numbers due to lack of light ,
We eventually walked in struggling to pass the sofa bed that was in front of the door , after removing our shoes as instructed. looked in the bathroom which was long and narrow with a sink that barbie would find too small. I'm 6ft 6 and it was far too small to be useful.
Then heard the owners walking up their stairs, and the sound of running water gushing through.
Decided after 3 minutes it wasn't for us and we would prefer to lose our money than stay here.
So suffered the loss.

An exceptional hotel. From the moment you step through the doors you know that this hotel is special. That impression remains throughout the stay. The rooms, the staff, the food and the service are 5 star. We have stayed in many hotels around the country, and The White Horses is up there with the best. Well done and thank you to all involved for our wonderful stay.

The setting of the White Horses was perfect!
The setting of the White Horses was perfect! 2 minutes walk to a great walk right by the sea for miles if you wish! There is a small concert area by the hotel, where we sat and listened to a flute and percussion band for part of Sunday afternoon, a treat! We had a great sunday lunch, followed by a gentle walk, then as sun set, comfortable chairs outside with a beer. The village is historic- Kipling gardens are beautiful and worth a visit. Lots of cafes, the library often has art displays. Plenty of old buildings to see- lovely genuine village.

Rottingdean is a small and pretty seaside town that was a perfect size for our break. The town is quite compact, with shops, restaurants/bars and cafes all in easy walking distance of the centre. There are good walks along the cliff tops and the promenade, and at low tide it is also possible to walk to other neighbouring towns such as Peacehaven along the beach.
The town is on the bus route into Brighton and it is also easy to drive into Brighton along the sea front.
It is equally a very short distance to the South Downs, so Rottingdean is also an ideal location for those wishing to do some more serious walking as well as seaside activities.

We had been before the previous year. Excellent location right in the beach. The hotel had just reopened and the refurbishment is very good, rooms upgraded, plenty of storage, large TV, bathroom and particularly the walk in shower excellent. The food was good and well presented by cheerful staff.
Nicely decorated. Shower was good and large. Decent size bathroom. Residential area. Thoughtfully spaced out development. Storage great in bathroom and for hanging clothes. Rottingdean is nice location. Regular buses to and from Brighton £11 for a day between 2 adults. Bus stop 2 min walk.
location was perfect and beautiful beach nearby. property is clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helpful. Easy to reach to the Brighton pier via bus.
