The location is great—there is a bus stop adjacent to the property with easy access to the town center, The apartment was well-maintained, Check-in was a breeze, with the key conveniently left in a secure key safe. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving a call from the property manager to ensure we had settled in comfortably. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend.

The room had a bed and night light, that's all. Wifi was non existent. The carpet was stained all over. The ensuite bathroom was flooded every day and the water was not from the shower

Was easy to access - space for parking - manager welcoming and friendly - booked taxi for us to take us to a party - was only a one night stay - free parking on the drive. Room was clean and had complimentary shampoo and shower gel.

Great transport links into the city. The location has plenty of pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Peaceful stay, and the staff were very helpful. Loved we could park the car and the car was safe.

I like Romford because it seems to be pretty central for everything. The Restaurants the Shopping Mall, the Market and its ideal location for visiting my family. This time were going to Father Christmas train departing Epping I think, and we usually come back to Romford for lunch out.

I don’t like writing bad reviews and my experience at this hotel may be just a one off but it wasn’t good. The room was incredible small and you would t fit two people in it comfortably. During the night a mass brawl broke out in the corridors and I had to barricade my door. No apologist or explanation from staff. Then a staff member decided to start hovering outside my bedroom door at 9am on a Sunday morning.

Location was ideal, close to public transport and the station was brilliant for me a disabled traveller. Great access for going into the city with connecting tube lines. First time I had ever used the Elizabeth line & it was fantastic.

We walked into the marketplace and ate at The Bull Pub, excellent welcoming staf, food really tasty lots of choice, well priced. It was easy to get about lots of buses good walkways and paths, lots of shops close by

It was very close to Romford station walking distance. Host was very responsive to our needs. He very kindly left us chocolate and water to welcome us. The beds were very comfortable. The place had a good layout. We were visiting family so it was a good set up for us. The house / flat was warm we didn’t need the heat on except for one day. It was very efficient. There was a fan for the lounge when it got too warm.
Friendly welcome. Premises extremely clean and tidy and the bedroom and ensuite shower room very comfortable and light and airy. Very well decorated. Fantastic location - used for working in Romford just a short drive away. Co-op and Londis nearby and a couple of eateries. Breakfast was lovely. We will be back!!
The kitchen and garden is superb, the price was very fair and I. A great area to visit Romford, and the local train into London. The hosts really great to communicate with.
Friendly personal service in this hotel and it was in a quiet nice location with it being close to a lovely park and a nice walk to romford.
Also we had our own balcony.
