I booked as a venue to hold a conference. The staff I dealt with were all friendly and helpful, particularly Barbara at reception who was exceptional. She really did everything she could to help on the day, came up with ideas to solve our last minute problems and genuinely made the difference between a good experience and a great experience.

All the staff I came across were super helpful and friendly. As a mother travelling alone with my 2 year old boy, the staff all went out of their way to make my little boy feel welcome and comfortable. Extremely accommodating and welcoming!
My wife and myself,
do come from Redditch, so we come back to the town
to visit friends as much as we can,
we know Redditch very well,
strangers might find the highways a bit off putting getting into the town but once in the town plenty of shops, and coffee places to relax in.
There are plenty of attractions and places to visit by car.
Very easy to commute to Birmingham by train.

The bedrooms we spacious and clean and very comfortable.
The bedrooms we spacious and clean and very comfortable. Th bathrooms we also sparkling clean and spacious but it took a very long time to get any hot water to the shower in the morning and it was initially freezing cold. we were on the second floor. We only had views of other peoples bedroom windows.
We chose this hotel as we play golf so we were looking forward to a relaxing evening after a day of meetings. Unfortunately the driving range closed at 6,30 so we missed out on using that and the spar was far from relaxing, the pool was very busy and very noisy with young children having swimming lessons, so didn't get to enjoy that either. So it turned out to be very for just a bedroom to sleep in. There are images with the driving range at night all lite up so we thought we would be able to access later than 6.30pm. disappointed by our stay it didn't meet our expectation for the price of the hotel. We were hoping for some kind of view and a relaxing spar stay.

I was just passing through, travelling from Bochum, Germany to Ireland. I saw very little of Redditch, but it had what I needed. I collected a DIY Solar Battery Case from FogStar Ltd. I dined in the local food hall and had some KFC while utilising the Tesla SuC in the same car park. I stayed in a relaxing hotel that lacked AC, but was adequate for my needs.

Best thing was how inexpensive taxis are!
Best thing was how inexpensive taxis are!
No real worst thing really as we only went for the wedding and reception. Some very pretty villages though with “chocolate box” scenery if you head away from the centre.

Great roads, you can get most places quickly.
Great roads, you can get most places quickly. A very green town with lots of trees and grassed areas. Good shopping centre and a great central location for visiting other local places such as Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon for example.

The rooms where very comfortable
Good size, bed was great all had a vert good niggts sleep. Temperature in room was perfect and very clean. Breakfast was good ans nice includes in the price. Shower was strong and daughter liked the shower in the spa! The steam room was very good too.
Staff all very friendly in all areas of hotel.
Travelled down from Scotland for a few days to visit my friend, who livesin Redditch. Train from Birmingham New Street to Redditch, which was very close to the hotel. Clos to bus station too and a local shopping centre. Visited Studley Hall, which was absolutely fantastic and had some cocktails.
Dinner was great - lovely food, well priced and a lovely setting. The restaurant and hotel staff were all really lovely. It’s such a shame our bedroom felt like it was part of a different hotel to the public areas.
