very worst hotel in swindon no heater working, lift not working i was in third floor, i walked my self , bathroom floor mate not good i felt down on the bathroom i had injured my leg and left shoulder i am going hospital today i will complain about this hotel

Location was good, easy access, plenty of parking. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Large dining room, and small adjacent bar. Good option was to order take away meals. The on-site restaurant was closed, but that turned out to be a bonus. Cocktails were great. Lifts were very handy.

Room was fine but view was of the Car Park. Breakfast was fine. Sadly choices for dinner are Minimal, waiting Staff were Very poor, only received Half my order, I had to go to counter to ask where the rest was? When he finally came out with it he Leaned across my food to put it down!! There was NO need for this as there was N one at the other side of my table. The small table next to me had dirty crockery & 3 or More times staff Passed it & Not ne of them attempted to pick it up???? TRAINING needed which as an ex Licencee/restaurant owner I would be Happy to Train them!!

Everything else. Room overlooked trees and a lawn. Birds singing in the morning was a delight. Good parking, didn't notice the passing traffic, food was great, bed was comfy, but too low for me personally. Would stay here again as it's handy for visiting family and friends and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all
