Great hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Both resuarants were of a night standard. Rooms were very clean seeing as it was pet friendly. Pool was nice although dressing rooms were a bit tired. The room was possibly haunted.

Great pet friendly hotel in good location.
Great pet friendly hotel in good location. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Good spa facilities and nice bar for lunch and evening meal. Breakfast was a little limited as the food wasn’t refreshed but think this was due to a lack of staff. Check out was slow but there was an issue with other customers that caused the delay. Would stay again as fabulous for dogs.

All the staff was great nothing was too much trouble for them, friendly, helpful and always have a big smile on there face. I would go again, love the afternoon tea also the fine dining.
The pullford was so relaxing for myself and my daughter. The breakfast was enjoyable. I love the spa and the Japanese garden.
The service was excellent in all areas, attentive and efficient but not too fussy. The room was clean & spacious, and quiet, despite the hotel being busy. Food in both restaurants, Nelsons & The Palm Court was delicious. My partner used the gym to keep up with his post knee op physio and we both enjoyed the pool & sauna facilities. Although close to Chester, we actually spent more time in Wales, as the hotel is located just on the border.
Lovely hotel. Amazing food. The Palm restaurant is stunning. The hotels gardens are also really lovely for a stroll. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
