Met Nick who kindly let us into the property early.
Comfortable and some nice touches, tea, coffee, orange juice and cereal etc.
Poulton is a lovely town with some fab bars and restaurants and Booths supermarket is directly opposite the property.

It has a great night life- plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants.
During the day it is quiet but Blackpool, St Annes, and Fleetwood are close by , as well as the lovely villages in the Fylde area.
Therefore it is a great location to explore the area. There are plenty of buses and the train station is 100 yards from the property if you do not have a car.

Poulton le Fylde is a brilliant place to stop with many excellent shops restaurants and cafes. It's also very close to Blackpool if you like the noise and complete pandemonium of that seaside town.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink (especially if you are real ale fan). It is an easy place to get round. The community is buzzing and friendly. If you want to travel further afield, the transport facilities are great. Blackpool, Fleetwood, Lytham St Annes are all within easy distance.

Poulton le Fylde has a lovely village centre with several pubs, wine bars and eating establishments but at the moment -
owing to road works, diversions & numerous temporary traffic lights - driving around the Poulton area is horrendous. Stay away if you don't want to get totally frustrated

We went to Truly Kichen and Tea Rooms for a Taster Menu - 9 courses . It was outstanding - would highly recommend.
They only have them on a sessional basis, but we will be going back for the next one in Dec 2022

10/10. This house is like a high end boutique hotel. Clean, smells incredible, beautifully decorated and its inviting! The hot tub is incredible, all the little touches such as snacks, doggy treats, dog bags, dog bowls...honestly I 100% recommend staying here. The owners are so accommodating and they allowed us to check in hours earlier, due to family being very unwell at the hospital close by. It was exactly what we needed as a family, during one of the most difficult times In our life. Thank you so much for everything :)
We were staying for a wedding nearby and the hotel is right on the water a really lovely location on a nice summers day I can imagine! We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the room we had was very spacious with a walk in shower..
The upscale interior design, the cleanliness of the apartments, and most importantly, right next to poulton le Fylde station. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Good location.
Lovely little boutique hotel, beautiful surroundings and room. Everything thought of… high spec furnishings and comfiest bed ever! Great communication and friendly welcome.
