Good points: reasonably priced; convenient location for our purposes; friendly/helpful staff; easy parking; free wifi; plenty of usb sockets; coffee making facilities in room; choice of food outlets nearby. Bad points: Crib ordered had no mattress and could not be used; tiles in bathroom were cracked and unstable.

The hotel was basic but ok.

The hotel was basic but ok. What was not ok was that booking.com gave me an original price on the site then when I tried to pay for it they hiked the price by £38. I'll book directly now and not use booking.com again as it's a rip off.

1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. He spoke to me before he entered, he did not wait for me to open my door and just walked in. I felt my privacy violated and for the first time did not feel secure at this hotel. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does What I liked Nice size room. Clean room, very relaxing. Fridge comfortable bed and pillows What I disliked 1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. He spoke to me before he entered, he did not wait for me to open my door and just walked in. I felt my privacy violated and for the first time did not feel secure at this hotel. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does not have a safe so if I had any valuables left out god knows what could have happened. He could have also walked in on us naked with no clothes on. I checked in at 3pm and he walked in my already cleaned room at 3.45pm. The question I have is: 1. Why did he walk into my room, uninvited, and 2. What reason did he have to enter my room at that time 3.45pm 16.4.2023? This is something I wish to know for security and privacy reasons.

Location and pricing for me to commute to Tottenham Stadium was perfect. The room was comfortable from bed to bedding to pillows. Bathroom was ok and the shower was great. There was a little road noise from my room which was 102 and the wall mounted electric heater was noisy when reaching pre-set temperature so turned it off.

Potential to be brilliant The house itself is gorgeous. It’s really big and roomy, parking is great and the location is brilliant. Close to the m25 and with a bus stop outside and a train station a few minutes walk away it is easily accessible . There are shops, cafes and takeaways close by too. The layout of the house and the decor is lovely and the 75 inch tv was great for watching the football and a movie night.

It has everyting needed for pleasent stay - clean and fluffy towels, comfortable beds, utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oil and even dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Everything was clean and working. Such a pleasant stay. Location is very good - close location to Potters Bar train station and next to Wetherspoon for breakfast. :)

The hotel itself, while a little tired, was clean and comfortable, and fine for the overnight stay we needed. The young woman working on the desk was excellent, very helpful and professional.
