Perfect beach in the summer, close to the Bay Hotel and Aqua Bar who serve the best fish and chips (freshly caught cod every day). The nearby Happy Dragon Chinese restaurant offers a huge choice of food, buffet style but served fresh and hot to your table.

Mobile Home site is ideally located right on pebble beach.
Mobile Home site is ideally located right on pebble beach. There is a swimming & bar complex which we didn't have time to use. The site is clean & well-maintained. The location is ideal from which to visit Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings which are nearby seaside towns of historical and architectural interest.

There’s not much in Pevensey but the shore is lovely to walk along. The castle is worth a short visit and you can walk there from the beach area. Lovely tea room near the castle in Westham.
Sovereign Harbour is worth a visit, take a boat ride, have lunch etc. Watch the seals in the harbour entrance.

Friendly staff member always checking if we were OK for everything. The room was quiet, basic but had everything that we needed. Parking was easily accessible at whatever time of the day. Hotel was going though refurbishments, but didn't impact our stay. We felt the lad at the hotel was the one person we saw there everyday and was welcoming. The breakfast in the cafe was delicious and definitely busy little cafe who could benefit with a little more staff on especially during summer holidays.
Greeted by the fabulous owner of this amazing property.
Want to say home from home, however, I can't as this was so relaxing and charming full of luxury items better than any boutique hotel we have stayed in. This property ticked all the boxes and invented more !
Secure, clean, warm, great ventilation (as we stayed this summer)
Private patio outside to ourselves, ample parking off road.
Look forward to our next stay.
Beautiful old cottage which has been in Graham's family for centuries and has been really taken care of. Not far from the beach at all. We were lucky enough to see a sea-lion. Not far from Pevensey and a short drive to Eastbourne. Nice garden to relax in. Graham's daughters also friendly and helpful. Comfortable, homely, nice place. Would return again. Stairs narrow and steep adds to quaintness. Relaxing and peaceful.
Well equipped caravan with comfortable beds. A decking area runs along the whole length and the back of the caravan giving plenty of options to sit outside. Very close to the beach and only a short walk along the beach to Pevensey Bay and a short drive from large supermarkets and Eastbourne town centre.
The location as far as nearness to beach and the view was superb. The apartment was light, clean and comfortable. Pevensey Bay for local shops and great Pub ( the Castle) Great area for ancient history and ‘Castles’ ..
