An excellent location for business or leisure.

An excellent location for business or leisure. Nice clean accommodation and although we didn't need it, the kitchen seemed well equipped. Bedrooms are spacious and atmosphere relaxing. Although the house is in a busy location the noise level at night was not intrusive.

I would not recommend this place if you are a woman travelling on your own and you like to feel safe in your accommodation. I wasn't aware that my room would be on the ground floor of a terraced house where the front door was often left unlocked so literally anyone could walk in off the street. It wasn't a nice street so I was very anxious about the location. As a sole female I felt very uncomfortable about the fact that I didn't know who else was staying in the house. I didn't feel safe or comfortable and only stayed one night although I had booked for two nights. The house was right by a main road so there was constant traffic noise all through the night. The room didn't have a lampshade on the light and there was a plastic bag tied around the smoke alarm which was pretty concerning. The only good thing was the breakfast but it wouldn't make up for all the bad things about this property.

Street parking, the room was dirty and toilet was blocked, the shower didn’t drain and the back garden was full of brain waist. The kitchen was lovely new and clean the only good point of the house, on arrival was given a room number which was occupied but couldn’t get a answer by call or txt from owner.

It was awful so I couldn't stay and was left trying to find something more appropriate on a Saturday night!! I specifically booked an ensuite room which I was not given the whole place stank. The bedding was creased and smelt along with the room. The place was fairly run down and in a bad area concerns leaving my car

Normally in Travel Lodges, but if I have to be in the Midlands then I'll stay here again and travel the extra distances to my destinations. First class, and congratulations to everyone who made it so.
