Located in the picturesque village of Painswick. The service was exceptional. Food and drink were very good. We loved our room... tucked away and quiet. The room and the dining room were both well appointed.
In the heart of Gloucester, the 15th-century New Inn features a medieval courtyard, real ale pub and free Wi-Fi. There is also a traditional restaurant with period features.

We stayed at Tibblewell Lodge which is a fantastic place to visit in this beautiful village. The village has a small shop but it has most things and you can always find a treat or two. There are a few places to eat and drink in the village and the choice and quality of food was fantastic.
Painswick is great just to walk around although hilly there is plenty to see and the church is a nice little respite area to sit and relax. It is a breath taking area to visit well worth a visit.

Beautiful, historic Cotswold village with good local facilities and plenty to do and visit in the area, especially when the weather permits walking and outdoor activities. Larger towns nearby (Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham) offer supermarkets and additional facilities.

Painswick is a very picturesque village with enough facilities for a short stay. There are limited places to eat but all were worth a visit. It is a good base for ramblers but not suitable for young children. There are camping sites nearby though which would be more child friendly.

A very peaceful Cotswolds village, Falcon Inn was a great place to eat, went there twice. A good place to start a Cotswolds Way walk. I only stayed for a hiking weekend with friends but could have definitely stayed longer - lots of things to see and do within an easy each (one does need a car though).

Although small, the cabin is well equipped and comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen, nice bed with a good mattress, effective air con. Location is very convenient for exploring Painswick and surroundings. It is very peaceful, if the weather is good, you can sit outside or open the foldable glass doors and listen to the birds singing. Laurie Lee Wildlife Way passes by the property and there is a laminated map provided in the cabin, which was nice.
The location was fantastic to walk to everything. Great having the car park behind the Inn (as parking is hard to get in Painswick). And amazing food in the restaurant. We upgraded to a suite - highly recommend it - overlooking the church.
Great location, in the heart of the picturesque town Painswick. The garden yard is beautiful and the room is cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is superb. The hostess is very friendly. We had a wonderful stay there and hope to go back in future.
Beautiful location, right next to lovely pubs and restaurants in Painswick. Manor was beautiful as was surrounding area. Our room was very comfortable and unique. Very quiet room! Good stay overall
