Nice little annexe in Overstrand, ten minutes walk from the beautiful beach.tye owners were very kind and helped us get all our gear dry after arriving sopping wet in the middle of a rain storm. The place was comfy and clean and had everything we needed
Situated close to the seafront. Comfortable room with en-suite which had a very powerful but tiny shower.
Comfortable bed if a little on the small side.
Pleasant staff, very nice full English breakfast included if somewhat slow in arriving on first morning.
We would stay again if in the area.

A couple of miles away from the busy town of Cromer, an ideal peaceful location for coastal walks, but still within close distance of the North Norfolk Railway and the National Trust properties of Sheringham Park and Aylsham.

The walk to the beach was about 2 minutes but getting down to the beach takes a little longer. The ramps to the beach are fairly steep but once there it is beautiful golden sand to Cromer (2 miles) or Mundesley (2 1/2miles) and with the tide out walking along the beach is pure pleasure. There are plenty of of places to eat in Cromer and for dog lovers the doggy diner is a must. We stayed in the white horse in Overstrand and the food is delicious and not too expensive and the staff was very friendly and courteous, the beach front cafe also offers a good range of food again at very reasonable prices (2 mins) from white horse.

Overstrand is a quiet coastal village with easy access to the beach and cliff walks. Dogs are welcome on the beach at either end of the promenade. The White Horse pub has an extensive menu and the food was excellent. Dogs are welcome too. The Cliff Top Cafe is a definite stop for owners and their dogs and they even have a special VIP (very important Pooch) entrance. The garden centre on the main road also welcomes dogs in their cafe. Nearby Cromer has a variety of dog friendly shops, cafes and restaurants. A visit to Cromer’s Doggie Diner is must!

The flat was situated in a good place in Overstrand, we could walk down to the sea in 5 mins, catch a bus from outside the property and it was in a quiet area.
The flat was very clean and equipped as stated, and provided all we needed for our stay. The owners were very friendly and they provided helpful information on places to visit and eat etc. through the Welcome File, leaflets in the flat and in person during our week's stay.
Stephen and Sue were fantastic - Exceptionally friendly hosts. I would definitely come again and stay here and can highly recommend the Cabin with a View for someone who was staying alone or with a partner. Lovely stay in Overstrand whilst playing in the local Tennis Tournament in Cromer - sorry Steve, me and Chris lost the final but will be back next year to try again!
This is a lovely little cottage for 3 of us. There are lovely walks nearby, and it's about 10-15 mins to the centre of Overstrand . It was very clean and comfortable and very light with views over the garden with the sea in the distance. The location is quiet and peaceful .
The food was excellent evening meal and breakfast excellent service very friendly staff warm welcome when we arrived can only say the staff and hotel was 11/10 and best of all the short walk to the excellent beach and scenery beautiful location will come again
