We arrived in the middle of the night and they were so kind to keep the door of our hotel room unlocked so we could go straight to our bed.

The location to the venue we were going to was great and that is why we picked it. Breakfast the following morning was good and we had a choice of about 6 things. All fresh produce, took a while (35 minutes) but nice when arrived. Cereal, juice fruit and yoghurt were available if we wanted them. There was no difference in charge for the full breakfast or just a sandwich.

The hosts were absolutely amazing. They went to a huge effort to ensure our two night stay was perfect. And it was. The house was wonderful. Our room was excellent. Towels, toiletries and a welcome basket were provided. We cannot rate our stay highly enough.
Thank you so much.

The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a good selection, with the cooked breakfast being cooked and served rather than sitting for ages on hot plates.

Ormskirk is like every other market town in the UK these days. A splattering of closed shop units & lower end chain & independent stores. Pleasant enough pedestrianised central area but nothing really to recommend it.
We stayed in this area because we wanted to visit Solo restaurant in nearby Aughton, which was an absolutely brilliant fine dining experience.

Very cosy at Rosey.
We had a lovely time. Good location to the town centre and exactly what we were looking for as very close to Ormskirk golf club too.
Emily and Mike were great hosts and provided excellent information for check in and house details.
We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable and stress free stay.
Staff - food - everything, especially the fact that we could vacate room later than conventional hotels, thus giving us chance to get ready for a wedding 5mins away at the West Tower
