The owner of the hotel was so lovely and helpful, there was a car park and the hotel is situated a very short walk from the shops and restaurants in Holywell. The room was lovely and spacious with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was great and toiletries were provided. There was a kitchen just down the hall where you could cook your own meals and help yourself to toast and cereal. There were teas and coffees in the room and a fridge. There is also a lovely roof terrace to sit on when the weather allows!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at Eastern Red, which was recommended by one of the staff ( my husband specifically wanted the best Chinese restaurant in the area).
The bar, hallway and restaurant had such wonderful character. The staff were very attentive at breakfast. The room was very good.
The hotel is a short drive to Liverpool city centre, Chester (Zoo and city) and also close to beaches on the Wirral peninsula and on the North Wales coastline.

Nice spot but noisy traffic off the A55. Didn't bother us too much but some people may not like it.
Staff were really good and friendly and the breakfast was spot on. Would stay again if in the area.

We booked for as a family group of 10 with two people in the group with specific requirements due to their limited mobility, hotel staff promptly contacted via messaging and confirmed our rooms with special requests.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, each room was equipped with all facilities to make your stay comfortable, each family room had a fridge and an iron.
Very good variety of breakfast, also facilitates vegan meals.
Staff were very courteous, polite and helpful.

it was good. staff were so lovely and friendly! room was good a bit small for a family of 3. we booked this hotel on our journey back from Ireland after we got off the boat from Holyhead to break our long journey home up. all in all a good stay in would go back
We stayed at the hotel whilst attending an event in Buckley which is a 10-15 minutes taxi ride away. The staff were super friendly and really helped make our stay an enjoyable experience. We will stay here again when next in the area.
