It was perfect for our family and older dog. They were very understanding of our dog’s nervousness which was lovely. The garden is safe and secure and she could have a good sniff round without worry.
For the humans, it was great too! Fabulous coffee maker and the fabulous breakfast brought to our room was very convenient. Thank you!

Sea view, beach few metres away, bar person knowledgeable advising on wine or bottle and best value. Great breakfast, perfect poached egg.

Shower was impossible for me to use and the water did not come out hardly at all. The wash basin was the same. Coffee was weak and cold. Breakfast was an obstacle course for me as I walk badly. You had to go from one room to another to get different parts of your breakfast. Very dangerous stairs for older people. No information to me, even though I asked 3 times about pets. Then in a telephone call the last late afternoon I was told I had to pay £16 a night for the cat. I was also threatened in a very nasty tone, that I would be fined £100, if I smoke in the hotel, and I'm a non smoker. My partner smokes, but he went outside about quarter of a mile away on the main road, where this man had seen him many times. Thoroughly distasteful, and wrong. The whole place was abandoned after 3pm. They tried to make themselves look good, but they were doing things on the cheap, as they needed more staff.

A great place to see North Norfolk and the Broads from.
A great place to see North Norfolk and the Broads from. Great Yarmouth beach is not far and Cromer is even closer - such a pescatarian’s dream - the legendary Cromer crab through to the catch of the day - the fish options do not disappoint. We had a spa treatment - facial (Neal’s Yard) and back massage (Decleor) at The Pigs - great upmarket eatery and spa hotel which caters for every dietary requirement - lovely enthusiastic staff too - would go back for that, the fish and the fresh air! Also have lunch or afternoon tea at The Beechwood Hotel - just wonderful service with a garden and snacks/nibbles with sparkling wine before your gourmet meal - loved it! Overall, would definitely recommend 😊

North Waltham offers tranquil surroundings.
North Waltham offers tranquil surroundings. Many beaches in close proximity. Country feel with a touch of modernity. Laid back atmosphere. Clean air and surroundings. Good place to enjoy outdoors, hike, fish and just take nature in.
There are many eating places from restaurants to cafés all dotted everywhere. We had fine dining at Labone restaurant- an Indian restaurant where we rated food and staff at a high score.
The apartment was a lovely apartment in a safe and clean area in North Walsham. It was well equipped and very clean and it was nice to have enough hangers etc in the wardrobes which is often not the case! Craig, was very good with his communication and sggestions on places to eat which helped. My "judgement" on whether somewhere was good enough is would I return and I most definitely would.
On arrival in the front carpark my wife and I was greeted by the owner, which was a lovely touch.
The check in was smooth and the staff exceptionally good and very welcoming.
Our room was ready on arrival and it was spotless and just perfect.
The hotel was just perfect for a romantic night way and the hotel couldn't do enough to make you feel special.
This was a perfect base for visiting family in North Walsham. The room was spotless with high quality furniture and linen and you can tell a lot of thought had been put into the décor to create a beautiful country feel. The breakfast was a lovely bonus.
