Beautiful quite place to stay, no hassle to check in late, we stayed in the suite which is beautiful and has a cottage feel to it. We did a Norfolk coast tour and this was the perfect place to stay not too far from the coast so we could continue the tour the next day. Breakfast was also lovely.
Set within Castaways Holiday Park, on the seafront in Bacton and featuring a bar, The Cliff Top Inn has free WiFi. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a restaurant.

Shower was impossible for me to use and the water did not come out hardly at all. The wash basin was the same. Coffee was weak and cold. Breakfast was an obstacle course for me as I walk badly. You had to go from one room to another to get different parts of your breakfast. Very dangerous stairs for older people. No information to me, even though I asked 3 times about pets. Then in a telephone call the last late afternoon I was told I had to pay £16 a night for the cat. I was also threatened in a very nasty tone, that I would be fined £100, if I smoke in the hotel, and I'm a non smoker. My partner smokes, but he went outside about quarter of a mile away on the main road, where this man had seen him many times. Thoroughly distasteful, and wrong. The whole place was abandoned after 3pm. They tried to make themselves look good, but they were doing things on the cheap, as they needed more staff.

A great place to see North Norfolk and the Broads from.
A great place to see North Norfolk and the Broads from. Great Yarmouth beach is not far and Cromer is even closer - such a pescatarian’s dream - the legendary Cromer crab through to the catch of the day - the fish options do not disappoint. We had a spa treatment - facial (Neal’s Yard) and back massage (Decleor) at The Pigs - great upmarket eatery and spa hotel which caters for every dietary requirement - lovely enthusiastic staff too - would go back for that, the fish and the fresh air! Also have lunch or afternoon tea at The Beechwood Hotel - just wonderful service with a garden and snacks/nibbles with sparkling wine before your gourmet meal - loved it! Overall, would definitely recommend 😊

Very good continental breakfast and because of the excellent weather we ate in the garden. The location was very quiet and peaceful yet only a ten minute drive from North Walsham. The Earsdon Annex was a peaceful escape.
Wonderful Art Deco throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. Great food. The staff were all very well informed and extremely helpful. The garden is beautiful! The breakfast is great value. Thoroughly recommended.
An exceptionally posh hotel. I will surely be back. Rob was super caring. He ensured I was comfortable. One of the best guest house around. 10/10 nothing to fault at all.
