This Shepherds Hut, the first we have stayed in, was located in the corner of a sunny field looking at a rural setting. The owner came to say hello a couple of times, brought fresh milk and also eggs from her hens. The accommodation was cheerful, clean and snuggly - as we hoped. A delightful stay

Every one of the staff was a joy to be around. Very convenient location. The hotel is right across the street from the bus stop, train station and hovercraft! This hotel is comfortable and has great breakfast service and an amazing dinner menu on the weekend. We loved our stay and would definitely book here again.

Beautiful setting, beautiful old building, close to everything in Shanklin. Beautifully landscaped garden with gate leading to a park across the street and the beach down the street. Shanklin Chine and beautiful tea rooms and restaurants are easy walk as well. Breakfast was great. Wendy was a wonderful host - very friendly and helpful.

Location great,staff great just outside furniture just need a little bit of tlc but really enjoyed the stay and would book again and the food was outstanding
It was perfect for us. It felt remote and only accessible by roads that were partially single track - yet not far (15 mins) from main resorts. Own transport is essential. Near to a cycle/walking track and great cafe. Lovely village reminding us of how things used to be.
