This place is a complete hidden gem. Stunning views and setting.
If I had stayed longer, there were lots of walking and cycling opportunities around. Not that I cycle, but for information purposes, I'm adding that. There are only 2 pods and a cabin in the enclosed field, well spaced out and safe for dogs off the lead. Firepit at the pod with a supply of wood provided to start off a campfire. The shower was great and instant hot water. The owner was very helpful too. A perfect night in all.

Host was so lovely and helpful really looks after the lodges and makes sure everything is set up perfect for guests. Only about 45 mins from Glasgow so it’s perfect for a wee overnight away. Sorn is a lovely place away from everything couldn’t recommend enough.

The owners have thought about every single detail in these beautiful Shepherd Huts, big soft towels and robes and the comfiest mattress I think I have slept on ! and of course the beautiful wood fires tubs !
All cooking essentials if needed and full size fridge with a lovely bottle of fresh milk and water.
No need to bring salt/pepper washing liquid they have thought of it all and add to that, the lovely Arran Aromatics toiletries.
A private space with only 3 units everyone having their own special view.

Not worth the money at all, loch views mean tarmac roof, bits not finished off in room/that should have been maintained. Room stank of food constantly. Very noisy rowdy guests who were arguing all through the night. I was very underwhelmed especially other guests advised they had paid almost £100 less than us for the same room.

Lodge was lovely and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Beautiful remote location, our son loved all the farm animals surrounding us. We couldn't get him back in at night. Lodge had everything we needed and the hostess was amazing.
